I truly found his responses to be just fine, I’m not sure what he was supposed to say that would have pleased all the crybabies in the US. Seems like people are just looking for something to be offended by and there’s just no getting around it. I was raised during the 60’s and 70’s and by the time the 80’d hit I could handle myself without blaming everyone around me. That’s what’s missing in this generation of triggered individuals. I’m in Southern California by the way and I absolutely love your sense of humor and all your amazing content.

Hi, Doctor! What do you advise me. Which cream for combination skin, moisturizer to choose. At the moment I use ) Alumier HydraDew. (oily forehead, dry skin on the cheeks ).Have been treating acne since March. After wearing the mask for two years, I got painful acne. I took an antibiotic for 5 weeks. Now I only apply clindamycin in the morning, Ketokanazol + tretinoin in the evening.

Smooth threads like just straight threads? Not referring to a particular brand name? And absolutely right about Hugh!

@@DrSarahTonks Yes, like the ones they do in South Korea for collagen production, they are made of all kinds of materials like gold, PDO, PLLA, and etc and come in may forms like smooth mono threads, smooth multi threads, twisted, and so on . The length varies too, they can be as short as 13 mm to 100mm long. The theory is that they can make your body generate its own collagen and make your skin become plumper and firmer, and dewier.

Love your videos Sarah. I would love to know your opinion on eyelash serums that contain prostaglandin analogues as I am hearing lots of scary stories. I would value your opinion.

What are you hearing about them, the discolouration of the eye?

@@DrSarahTonks that, but more scary periorbital fat loss around the eyes which can give that sunken, hollow look. No one wants that.

@@KazHampson I had that actually. Tried a few and they all caused discolouration and sunken effect. It went back somewhat normal eventually, when I stopped using them but I am getting light eyes treatment every 6 months so it might helped.

Have you used or recommend lumi eyes, for under eye treatment? And with these new skin booster injectables - do they dissolve naturally with no complications?

No never it’s a polynucleotide like Nucleofill which we have been using for years. Yes they don’t stick around in the skin, the worst thing I have seen is bruising

@@cecy709 I have never used either of them it seems like lumi eyes is PDRN and eyebella is PN but this is not from their official websites, the info is from third party sites as they don’t seem to have anything available in English

Hi Sarah, could you give your opinion please. I had Sculptra done last September & immediately had large under the skin lumps( the lumps in lower cheek @ side of mouth were almost an inch) the lumps haven't gotten any smaller. Any advice? Thanks 🙏

I really should… I had a bit of an experience with it myself recently. My skin looks AMAZING afterwards but I had a very very strong histamine reaction to it and legit thought there was a chance I would die for about 2 minutes

@@DrSarahTonks I had a strong reaction too! I took an antihistamine and mixed injectable lidocaine with the liquid PCL on the second treatment to help.

Please tell what you had done to make this so full and smooth. Plus please please please answer can fat transfer to the temples lift lateral brow approx 3mm. Just the very lateral say less than 1/3. lol I had filler in my forehead a couple of years ago and I think it helped. It can raise yes, think about it, it acts like a fulcrum
