Brandon Boudreau It sort of does. When cut grass produces a chemical signal to tell other plants that predators are around, so they shoud put more resources in becoming hard and poisonous. This also attracts predators of the plant eaters, there are even different signals depending on the sort of damage (e.g. caterpillars vs. mammals). True story!

if plants have feelings and live in agony on our field, almost wishing for the day they finally get freed by a gruesome death between a pair of teeth... then unfortunatelly vegans and vegetarieans are still kinda the good guys because growing meat takes a lot more plant's lives. but soon enough we will have bacteria that produce a nutricious goo.

John Cena Hey, some people just have a hard time understanding accents. I have a hard time understanding what he's saying sometimes because he doesn't have the traditional London dialect we think of. He has more of a Lancashire dialect. That doesn't make anyone dumb, that just means they don't hear that accent much.

Farm animals eat significantly more plants in their lifetimes (4 years for a cow) than any human ever would. So by not eating animal products, vegans save more animals AND plants.

Also, take into account that plants don't feel pain (at least that we know of). By killing an animal you make it suffer and feel pain, but plants can't feel this :)

I love trees. I've been told they scream on an electronic scale if approached by cutting equipment. Oak trees are the most friendly, silver birch are stand offish.. If you hold one and close your eyes and have the ability to see on other dimensions, trees that live in towns play a slide show of what they've seen, of the scenery, people, their clothes and generally what's gone on.. They use fungi to move water around to keep them all watered. They are truly amazing creatures
