The Trek 830 has been blasted and powder coated. Decals have been cut using Oracle vinyl. Now we have to chase all the threads to remove any errant powder coating and reface the bottom bracket. If you do all this then the BB threads in really easily and smoothly. In the full build, coming soon, I'll be re-tapping all the threads including the derailleur hanger.
