Thank you for explaining the 'doughnut' effect. I have one of those nasty sharp dents in my car and even though I don't have a fancy spot weld puller, the knowledge will help me massage the dent out more effectively. I love to learn new things. Also, thank you for understanding about those who can't donate. I sometimes feel a bit guilty because I am not a patron, especially to some of the channels that talk a lot about how wonderful their patrons are, but I am a pensioner and every bit of my money must go to keeping me going. If I had the means, I would be donating to many of my favourite channels, one of which is yours of course. Cheers.

Pauline Hunter as said donations are helpful but not expected. Please don’t feel guilty about anything, just by watching commenting and subscribing to KZfaq channels you are already helping the content creator in many ways. My primary objective is to help as many people out as possible and KZfaq gives me the platform to be able to do it. I’ve watched many videos myself and it’s helped me out immensely. Cheers Trev 👍

Thank you. Much appreciated. I have fond memories of a late model Bedford CA van. It belonged to a friend and several of us went on an ill-fated camping holiday that didn't eventuate because of a broken windscreen on the way. Driving in cold rain with no windscreen was not fun. Great van though. Cheers.

What a great video Trev. Fixing up my Kombi I've also had to pull up dents that can't be accessed from the back, particularly around the swage line next to the windows. Hi Trev. I have just binged out on your Pods. I have run my own repair workshop for over 40 year and have often kicked myself fo some of my quirks-it’s nice to see one of the best doing the compromises that we all have to make. You said in one of them that your mig. Torch stays live, l have the same mig as you and there is a coil of loose coil of earthing wire between the the aluminium mounting plates that hold the large bank of capacitors. I tried to to get a replacement but had no luck so finding an element from an old electric fire l un wound a bought eight coils and that has worked Now for years.PLESE MAKE SURE YOU EARTH OUT THE CAPACITORS BEFORE CHECKING.l hope this helps. Many thanks. Robin.

very timely video for me thank you Trev . What still amazes me is the opportunity for us to learn a lifetimes of a craftsmans experience and skills in as little as an hours video. I have been repairing my classic cars since 1968 and this sort of information was never available before. There wer'nt any DIY bodywork books you could buy and where would anyone have the opportunity to watch and learn from a local body shop !...When I think about some of the repairs I have done over the years due to ignorance and having no money ...I cringe.
