This one has been a long one in the making as we have worked very hard to ensure this bike (The rare 200 Factory Beta) could be turned into nothing less than an incredible DREAM BIKE.
Make sure you watch this bad boy until the end as we build more and more on this incredible transition from standard bike all the way to as factory as any one man could make it.
We would like to take the time to thank those that have helped us achieve this vision with their knowledge and support.

To be honest: I am riding now my 2nd "Hippel Racing Beta", and it really is something very special. And beside this: TECH suspension really brings you to the next level!!!

Use the s3 head and send the bosi head my way 😁 Surprised at the faffing about with the forks and front brake. Bike looks great though and 4kg weight saving 👍

Run the throttle cable ontop of the clutch hose, stops the cable catching the bar pad 👍🏼

Danny , great video, loved the stuff on the front end, I like the tech . Proper flowing convo too (wee change I see) , and I agree- bikes mint mate, wonder how much it would cost to build that spec ? The S3 parts are pimp

Do you know if the 200 factory comes with the high compression head like the 300? Betas marketing isn't clear.

Got a kick out of you doing a 'dream build' on your Beta while wearing your Vertigo jacket. Couldn't the factory triple clamps have been bored for the Tech forks? Also, I'd go with the S3 head but drill & tap for the coolant purge opening.

I know everyone's idea of factory is different but for me the clear clutch plate isn't. Cheapens the bike IMO. That mud/branch catcher on the front wheel doesn't quite look right either. But having ridden a beta factory I can imagine that front end is transformed.

Sorry probably missed all this but... Why is your dream build 200 not a 250? Have I read it right that they are dropping their models for the new 2022 nitro? I've probably also missed this - have you done a review on a modern gasser? I'm about to replace my 2011 250 raga but can't decide for what! Keep up the good work chap

I’d forgo the modelling career, Danny. Had me laughing tho…. Beta 200 doesn’t need all that stuff - just fine out of the box - if you can find one….. - I found a TRS : even better!

I have owned both a 2020 Beta 200 and now a 2021 Vertigo R3 200...............no comparison, there is not a single aspect of the R3 that is not better, even significantly better than the Beta, especially the clutch, that alone makes it so worthwhile selling the Beta and buying the Vertigo IMO

@@YilgarnRallye Don't know what the pricing is like outside the US, but over here the Vertigo is several thousand more expensive. Not really worth it for someone getting into the sport as a clubman, but maybe for someone with a lot of experience who can know the difference!

@@fprintf here in Australia a Vertigo 200 is $11,350 while a Beta 200 Factory is $10,995...........less than $400 difference.............its a no brainer

@@YilgarnRallye Not here. A Factory 200 is $8500 out the door with freight etc.(that's what I paid) Whereas a Vertigo is kind of hard to find actual pricing but looks to be over $11,000. Maybe the 200 is less, but they certainly don't make it easy to find out!

I had 1996 Gas Gas JT 160, I had it for a year before I sold it to my best friend. It was a fun bike, something you can play with. It was a real nice bike.
