As an over 50's clubman, I've followed this series of videos with interest. The video mentions a comparison with a Vertigo. I'd be interested in how this dream build compares with a Vertigo 200. If you could get one for a comparison test, the opinions of both Danny & Dave would be interesting.

Recommendation, replace the Keihin and go with a Smart carb 2 (Technology Elevated), carb upgrade is very close to fuel injection, 28mm for the 200 Dream Build (metering rod EK-31), 26mm for the 300 will tame the bottom end down to feel more like a 250cc, but you do not loose the top end power. Not much titanium in your bike ether (bad point #4 dog "NO", explosion). Clear RTV the airbox lid, just remove the 4 fender bolts to access air filter. Jitise dog bones and a flexible rear fender (Bosi). Loosen the clutch hose and twist slightly, then re-tighten the clutch line to miss the bar pad (creates a slight curve). Hi volume Jitisie water pump. Lastly, dual stage Pro Stock Boyesen reeds, great bottom end power and revs smoothly to the moon.
