In my Freestyle Breathing part 1 video I introduce the "3 Strokes, 3 Breath" drill sequence. Its a great elimination progression to work toward breathing to both sides in Freestyle. This drill sequence also opens the door to many challenges swimmers face regarding balance, stability, timing, alignment and more.
