I’m 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My baby gets active and worships with me every single time I play this. I’m going to play this on repeat in my delivery room, as I could not think of a better time to worship and praise God.

I was just browsing KZfaq last week for my daily devotion while listening to Mavericky City’s music and I felt the urge to listen Todd’s cover of The Anthem. This song was recommended and let me tell you, as a young convert who is coming from a place of being agnostic and struggle with suicidal thoughts and depression, this song was ALLLLLLL I needed to continue. I was literally in a place where I was praying for death every day and if you asked me why I couldn’t give you a good reason, other than I just feel empty and incomplete. This morning I woke at 3am and I felt the need to listen this song and I immediately burst into tears while singing aloud. The thought that a few years ago I prayed for everything I have now and while it is that I am not yet where I want to be, I have heard, seen and felt the goodness of God. God is so amazing. Sometimes we can’t see him working nor do we understand why, but one thing is for certain, he will never leave nor forsake us. I just want to thank you Todd for this song. It was the reminder I needed to continue!
