TBH I think he is a better CEO compared to the others, he is fiscally conservative so that he can support his mom and wife and kids. He blesses his clients and friends and his employees with small gifts like food or trainings and advice. He's been on other shows and i have seen clients of his, actors who talk about the CEO coach trainer being there for them when they had mental health issues or hard financial times. I think when you have a well rounded CEO like that, people look on the surface and think his habits or tactics may be embarrassing. But he is a buisness man and a wise CEO, what we think is embarrassing he will do it to ensure he recieves a client from the people he meets or families and friends of that attendee who see the flyer later in their homes. It genius.

Yeah I think fat distribution is different for different people , some people HV zero fat in there lower body cuz its all concentrated in their upper body n face

lol, epic episode. I'd not be surprised at all to learn that a half dozen of those hotel guests came to sign up. Especially since, all clowning and scheming aside, Yang is an awesome trainer ... or celebrities would not choose him as their instructor. Also, Dongeun is doing great in the same way: off duty, she is the eating monster who makes everybody shake their head in amazement ... but as soon as work starts, she is focused and competent. And she has a pleasant way of teaching, I'm sure all her clients love her.

fitness is a hard thing..you cant force anyone to do it because they will stop after like 2 days.. but you can teach and encourage on how to do it~~.. i love this class because they are not forced to come to the class and they want to do it even its a bit hard ( i hope so )

boss yang explained that you lose weight from top to bottom, that you should start exercising your upper body. don't focus on your lower body since you will develop muscles when you do squats or lounges thus making your thighs thicker.

I learned in my fitness class to get toned you want to do more reps and to build mass that's when you should use heavyweights. that doesn't mean use the lightest weights possible for high reps. idk if my teacher just told us in a super simplified way but that's how I always thought of it.
