Glad to see my beat up old gibbon classic got as high a strength as it did even with the uv exposure and bird poop on it. Any chance you'll be breaking the rusted up ratchet too? That was the part I was most scared of using.

I'd be curious to see how the Boss line performs in a break test assuming you haven't already broken it in another video that is.

I know that this is out of topic, but i hope you guys will read this! yesterday i went to the hardware store and I saw some quicklinks. 8mm or 10mm cost a little more than 1€ each, while the climbing specific ones 5€. What do you think about some testing to see the real difference? keep on the nice work, you rock 🤘

When are these new trickline tests being done? Frayed/cut webbing would be great to know with my Gibbon classic being burned on the sides from standard releases.

Dear Ryan, could you please break test various sizes of trees? I'd like to get to the root of the problem with trees, with a trunk full of data to bend my mind about leveraging some experiences 1, 3, or 7 feet off the ground. At what point would you anchor to a stronger ground point BEHIND the tree and only use the tree for (mostly) vertical lifting? People have been known to pull stumps out of the ground with a Jeep by using a super low gear and letting the Jeep tug for 40 minutes as the roots snap one by one. What potentially unseen damage is being caused to the roots when a very tight line is tied to a tree fairly high? I do not like when healthy strong trees tip over in a hurricane ... How much is shallow or muddy soil a factor with tricklines? (And, sorry to ask, but bonus points for breaking telephone poles? Or breaking 2x4 scaffolding rigs?). Curious.

Pretty sure by the time the hydraulic ram makes it back in to the slack-snap we will have Jetson's flying cars or the Mandela effect will have changed our reality to have Icarus' hover boots instead of high lines
