Love the gerber utility blade. Only issue is i still prefer a normal knife, so it doesn't get carried at work anymore.

I have 3 different models of the Gerber E.A.B (exchange a blade) utility knife. I have one in my toolbox at work, one at my desk where I'm sitting right now and one in my spyderpac. They also make a decent money clip. One model has a thin g10 scale on the show side, then theres the one you showed in the video and lastly I have one that is a little slimmer without any holes or slots in the handle. They're like $12 or so, and can actually take quite a beating for their small size.

I have the Gerber knife it's called the eab exchange a blade I carry mine everyday to work it's really handy to have and they still make them and can be found at Walmart for about $10

I appreciate Allan's hand written note. These days, either people types their letters out or send an email. The art of handwriting ceases to exist and it takes effort to write one on the old fashioned pen and paper.

about 2011 when I was 12 or so, my friend and I found a gerber eab utility knife in the river off the end of a boat dock people would commonly use to jump off and swim around. mostly people with kayaks or the like. I hit it with the wire wheel and replaced the rusty blade. was a great knife for two years before my6 dad stole it and sold it for crank

I carry a small gerber like that almost every day at school because no one thinks its a knife. and its very slim. works great as a beater. and if it gets taken it's only $8 to replace

I have a razor knife by Gerber and a flashlight on my nightstand. Funny how I saw you pull it out the YABO. The razor blade knife is really cool I bought a whole pack of blades but I keep resharpening the razor blade.

Have the Gerber EAB knife. I used the previous model and that one as a money clip for years. One cool thing about the retention screw is that the slot is the perfect size to use a coin to open it. so if you need to change the blade out on the field you don't have to have a screwdriver

I really liked my Cold Steel Immortal, its a super comfortable knife. The look is just awesome as well. Had to sell it to pay bills, but may pick it up again someday for the collection. The only thing i didn't like was the thumb plate, which was fairly sharp and uncomfortable to open.

I love elephant toenail style blades, an old man at my last job had one. I think it was a case, it looked pretty old. I’m not sure if they currently make blades in that style anymore.

1:53 you should search about those cards, might be allot older than ww2, patent ran out on them in 1904. if ya have all the cards in decent condition might fetch a hundred bucks.

I have an old case hobo knife that my dad gave me (the knife and fork version so you can EDC it). When you close the fork side it makes a "ding" just like you just struck a tuning fork. Most people call it the dinner bell. Really cool and useful knife to own if you run across one!

I have a benchmade balisong that i purchased back in the early 90s that id be willing to trade for that cold steel immortal, it's in new condition but no box. I remember seeing that you collect them, I'm 55 and have been collecting since i was a kid and have no one to leave my collection to so I'm open to selling or trading what i have collected over the years
