Honestly I just love how positive David is, what with praising the little things like clean windows and the bigger things like the meal. I get that airlines (as for-profit businesses) do a lot to piss us off, but sometimes we forget how amazing it is that we can actually fly. Another amazing video.

If you were flying from EWR, Newark Liberty International Airport, you would have seen security tackle the little kid who open the security door and drag him/her in cuffs. Now that would have been an interesting trip report.

I flew Air France round trip Toronto - CDG. I found this to be my most favorite airline! I enjoyed the service and have never experienced the quality of service on any other airline!!

This is the video combined my favorite 3 things about aviation: Air France, CDG Airport and Atlanta Airport. So this is truly an amazing video to me

A really good video. Not everyone can afford to travel in Business Cabins and the majority of people can’t afford even Economy flights. The way you’ve done it shows an appreciation for simply having the opportunity to take such a flight. Well done 👍🇹🇹

For economy class food, I must say that is very high quality for economy class!

It’s the only airlines that serves iced tea on their plane ! That’s the only thing that makes that I love Air France !

What an AWESOME captain! During his pre-arrival announcement, he gave both the landing runway and the landing weight at CDG! I wish more pilots gave such detailed announcements

As a frequent flyer with several airlines I can tell Air France has made so much progress ! I really enjoy this airline, way better than Emirates and the likes. They can improve their passengers’ experience at Paris CDG though. But definitely one of my favorite three for sure !

I remember going on one of these to Tokyo from Paris in 2018 but I slept through the whole flight, missed all the meals and the entertainment system (probably one of my biggest regret in travelling) 😅

I'm 11 and this summer is going to be my first time flying buy myself and also flying on air France and I'm taking the 777-300 ER from Toronto Canada to Paris Charles de Gaulle and I'm happy to see The plane is nice and modern! 👍

AirFrance offerts always a very elegant products I think. And the quantity of movies and series gosh...! The menu card I am living for this! (The beverages Cappuccino!) and they arrived with 20 minutes before time schedule... I wish I will take a flight with AF soon :)

It cracks me up how they show a gazillion flights to Paris and they are all the same two flights. This codeshare thing is getting out of hand! LOL I am going to Berlin next month and I will be flying Air Canada (777 one way and Dreamliner back). I heard so many bad things about AC that I am actually looking forward to it. But the ticket was super cheap, too and it also involves Air Canada Rouge flights which are supposed to not so great. Again, I can't wait and I will probably to a flight report on my own. I have been watching yours for a while now and hope to have learned something (except editing)... Your trip reports are my favorites. I have seen so many that were sooooo boring. And not nearly as detailed as yours. Thank you!

I'm with you 100% in your closing comments about what flying Economy should be like (great food; extensive IFE; motivated, friendly crew; modern plane). A few years ago, I had the pleasure of flying Air France (Boeing 777) Economy between Paris and Washington D.C., and my trip pretty much mirrored yours. (The only difference was, at that time, they were serving mini-baguettes instead of smaller dinner rolls.) Thanks so much for sharing: it brought back many wonderful memories.

Took the same flight early September. The plane was full (every long haul i take from ATL is usually packed) so ive started using AA at CLT for hops to Europe. For us in economy it makes a big difference having empty seats around, plus the A330 is my fav with the 2 seats on window instead of the 3. Great trip report, I do miss the AF experience!

The loop in the Seine visible at 17:02, just west of Rouen, is a place called Jumièges. There is a ruined Benedictine abbey on the land within the loop, that dates back to 654. The Vikings burned it down, but it was rebuilt in the mid 900s by William Longspree, the Duke of Normandy. The year after the Norman Invasion of Britain, 1067, William the Conqueror attended the consecration of a new church at this abbey. The abbey became a great center of medieval scholarship.

Air France is a truly exeptional airline. I can't get my head around the fact that Atlanta is the world's busiest airport. I just can't (geographically) work it out, I know it's true because you said it and I've heard it mentioned elsewhere as well. Odd. Does anyone have an answer to this?

Great review.I have flown in a same AF jet from Panama to Paris and I think that the legroom was not that good for a guy of my height(1,84m).For me was the worst one I have experienced in a long flight route.

Great trip report and this AF 777 looked really nice, unfortunatelly I've totally different experience (you can check my trip report on my channel) in was Paris to Punta Cana also in 777-300 ER, but old IFE that didn't work properly, flight crew that dissapear after meal service for 6 hours, no food selection and even that one food wasn't good (was ok on the way to Punta Cana, but not good on the way back). So it really depends which route you fly with Air France.

This was indeed a very nice AF 777 trip-report. The food looks very yummy and the entire cabin clean and comfy.

I travelled aboard an AF A-340 in March 2004 from ATL-CDG with only 75 pax on the flight. It was amazing.

Your videos are always the best! I’m going to be flying a similar route with Air France next year, and it will be my first time with them. If they are anything like their SkyTeam counterparts, Delta and KLM, I️ know it will be an amazing flight!

CDG is massive, I drove past it on a study trip (this was also in July, weirdly) and I could see the airport before I had the chance to convince myself I was in France!

Airfrance is awesome. Love Boeing with GE90 engines….all you hear is the wind flow.
