I’ll keep this brief(ish):
My first time at Donington
My first time with the Speed R on track
My first time in advanced
1st clip:
My fastest lap, a 1.48.4s lap. Was my last lap on the last session, but got into the 1 minute 40s which was my goal.
2nd clip:
Having some fun with a Ducati 848 from the same pit garage. Was trying to see how late I could break into the corners for most of this session (not that I had the tightest lines anyway). However once I was passed, my competitive streak kicked in... :D

Did this year my first 2 track days here in Cali on my St3R and it was pure fun. Love your vids mate and they way you ride on & off track. Solid work in Donington and nice footage. I wish you well👍👍👍

@@DaytonaDays , i also own a 2017 Speed R with PVD forged wheels, QS too (+other tricks xD) I'm curious about those "sport handlebars" (in spanish we call it "semi-handlebars"). Do they work well? Better than the original? What is your feeling about? I'll be grateful if you want to give me further comments. Many thanks!

The Incredible Sulk the two you saw were racers - they’d been lapping everyone all day! Was well happy with the Speed. However I’ve got a lot to learn in terms of setup. On my next trip I want to be getting 1:45 second laps...

Dubble D nah mainly just road riding, just saw that you used the rosso corsa 2, reckon I would get good mileage, they would be on a MT07

Robbie Crighton if you’re after mileage rather than performace. Better off looking at a more ‘Sports Touring’ tyre, you’ll get decent enough grip for a knee down, but typically they have a harder centre so they don’t flat off on motorways as easy 👍🏼
