Here is a short clip from a test ride early in the 2021 season. The bike is a 1997 Triumph Speed Triple T509 with the 885ccm small block. This is a resto-mod with a few special parts: Beringer six-piston brakes, PVM forged alloy wheels, custom titanium headers, Matris front fork cartridge and a Wilbers rear shock.
The engine uses the cams of the UK model which have a slightly higher lift, lettting the engine rev out much more freely, but at the cost of low-rev grunt.
