You don't show the black metal plate (the one at 3:14) going back onto the frame when you put everything back later. Does the plate go back where it was or do you leave it off?. Thanks.

Love this whole series! Any alternative to the drilling? Not a fan of putting holes on the bike's OEM parts.

Neither are we but unfortunately it's the only option to safely install a rear rack on these bikes.

Hi, thanks for this video. At 5:16 when you screw in the bolts, it appears that the bolts go right through the plastic side panel, without any purchase on the side panels, so what is actually keeping the side panel in place?

The side panel fitment is not changed from how it fits from factory. We just have to go through it in order to bolt the rear rack to the bike.

Hi, I have a 660 with the evotech tail tidy. I see in your other clip that the bags fit with the tail tidy , but can you install the easy rack and top box if you have tail tidy and saddlebags?

Hi. Is the hard top case locked to the rack/bike? Or can anyone just unlatch from the bottom and take the case away? I live in the city where property theft is quite prevalent. Thanks in advance.

The top case is locked by a key to the top rack. If they want to take the top case they'd have to take an angle grinder to the rack to get it off.

Did this work with the turn signals on the evotech tail tidy? Can't really see if they are there.

It did not. The Evotech tail tidy puts the signals right in the path of the rear rack so we had to remove them to finish this video. If you would like a rack like this and have a tail tidy, id recommend going with an integrated tail light. I'm not sure if anyone makes those for the Trident yet though.

They work with the top case, we needed to remove them to install this so figured just easiest to leave them off for the video!

@@dbcooper7159 depends on your use and wants/needs! If you don't want to carry your helmet with you, get the top case!

Unfortunately we do not know as Hepco & Becker have not officially released any products for the Tiger Sport 660 yet.

What is the name of this top case and capacity? Is it possible to have rear and side cases for this bike model?

Traditional hard cases are not an option, HOWEVER their is the C-Bow system and there is a hard case set that fits that! Check out our C-Bow video. This top case is the Junior 40 and is 40L, enough to fit one full face helmet with a little room to spare. www.motomachines.com/hepco-becker-junior-40-top-case
