Tropic Falls at OWA - So Many Parks 145

Күн бұрынTropic Falls is an amusement park in Foley, Alabama that never really comes up in conversation, which is interesting since they have themselves a high-thrill coaster in Rollin' Thunder. This new amusement park seemingly popped up out of nowhere with a massive ride package from Zamperla. It's a really fun park, complete with an indoor waterpark, and a part of the larger OWA entertainment complex. A nice stop along the Gulf shores for sure.

This was a fairly nice complex to visit, Rollin’ Thunder was the star of the park for sure. I thought I was just really bad at shooting dark rides after riding Mystery Mansion but guess those targets really are hard to hit! I only got 8 laps on this SBF spinner, but I got 11 when I visited the Track in Destin a couple hours later LOL! How many have you ridden now? I’ve only done 4 (plus the hamster wheel in Biloxi) and I already feel like I’ve done too many

I really enjoyed the complex. I imagine it comes alive at night too. Lol, it was really tricky. Those guns and targets are unforgiving. Oh man, I can’t begin to tell you how many of those spinners I’ve ridden. I have a playlist featuring every SBF VISA spinner that’s been in the series, and that doesn’t even include the spinners I hadn’t filmed lol.

Yup, it's the same model and layout as Thunderbolt.

Did they change the parks name? Could’ve sworn it used to be called ‘The Park at OWA’

It did change names. It changed to Tropic Falls either last year or the year before to coincide with the new attached indoor water park.
