She signs to Troy "congratulations, I Love you", before announce it... she tried to said it to Troy first even though she doesn't know ASL, so she made an effort and learned a bit just in case, because she wanted that Troy knew he was the winner before the hearing people and this is INCREDIBLY thoughtful, because he deserved it to know first and no after the rest cheered because someone else translated it or by context only

This was my favourite part of the whole show. They way she signed his name first and they way she looked at him.... It was exceptionally touching. One of the best moments of any AA show in history!
