Thank you. I love the ingenuity with your twisted arm strengthening solution. Bravo to you sir. You're a true mechanic, and an honorary McGyver with your mechanical prowess. Thank you for taking the time to correct the damage properly, and also for eliminating the cause of the problem. Technically a solid stick, secured with ample duct tape would also suffice In a pinch. But your dedication to excellence shined through repairing the problem correctly, and preventing the manufacturing flaw from costing you additional issues. It might be a good idea to pull the remaining door panels off to shim the other speakers which are apparently causing an interference conundrum in the functionality of the vehicles design. You not only made my identical project much easier for. You gave us all a cost saving alternative and the confidence to think outside the box. You just earned a follower buddy. And a Friend 👨‍🔧

Replaced the motor using this video. However, occasionally, when I roll the window all the way up, it hits the limit, then drops half way. I can get it closed by rolling it down all the way, then back up, but it's annoying. Anyone ideas what the issue could be?

I tried your video and noticed one error, at about 7:06 you place the new regulator in, but show the forked end cross-bar at the rear, it needs to be at the front. Just ask me, I did it your way and had to take it out and flip it. I do like the way you presented it.
