Regarding the Trump salad, the following is not a joke: back in 2014 (ish?) a company flew me to Chicago for a business trip and, for some reason that I cannot fathom, they put me up on at the Trump Plaza. I get there at 10pm, I'm tired and hungry, I don't want to go out, so I check the room service menu. The first item on the menu is called something like "The Trump Choice", which is: Wedge of iceberg lettuce with blue cheese dressing Hamburger Bottle of wine $1,000 I call room service and ask if that's a typo. Nope, it's actually a thousand dollars for a burger. I ask how in the world that makes any sense, I'm told that it comes with a "personal server who pours the wine for you." A bit later, I'm talking to my girlfriend and I tell her this, she says "For that kind of money, she better stay the night!"...which is when I realized that yes, the Trump hotel is advertising prostitutes on their room service menu.

The "everything's dirty so he was wearing things inside out" joke made no sense. In the pic, you could see the UAW logo, so that shirt was obviously right-side out, and the collar of the inside shirt looked fine too. Hard to 'suspend belief for the comedy' on that one. You could have just said something like he wore the T-shirt because he spilled grape juice, or got mustard, or even drooled, on his button down shirt, or something better that a team of professional writers should have been able to come up with. Just being a jackal - thanks for the week in news Seth!
