Every system in the US is one sided when it comes to loyalty. We are, sadly, a nation bred to sacrifice ourselves for the wants of inanimate systems/people that will never return any amount of loyalty. For a lawyer to claim "I was part of the process" is an extremely foolish defense. Only an incompetent lawyer would become directly involved in fraudulent activities. A lawyer's role is to represent clients, including those accused of crimes, not to actively participate in illegal conduct itself. Representing a criminal client is part of a lawyer's job responsibilities, but being complicit in the criminal "process" itself constitutes fraud on the lawyer's part.

I know Epsteyn has been critical in coordinating all the lawyers defending Herr Trump in his multiple cases. Hope Epshteyn gets distracted enough that they start tripping and screwing up in defending Trump and get him bumped into jail.

For a lawyer to claim "I was part of the process" is an extremely foolish defense. Only an incompetent lawyer would become directly involved in fraudulent activities. A lawyer's role is to represent clients, including those accused of crimes, not to actively participate in illegal conduct itself. Representing a criminal client is part of a lawyer's job responsibilities, but being complicit in the criminal "process" itself constitutes fraud on the lawyer's part.

Epstyen surfaced on our local Komo news channel in 2015 on the Sinclair Broadcasting network. His commentary was outlandish and the White House job was his reward . We lost some good journalists because of him . Their contract had non disclosure clause so only fans left much of a record of how they resisted the “must run” segments sent by Sinclair across the US. Just hearing his voice makes me want to vomit .
