I started watching WCW in 1990 & have followed Sting ever since. I cried like an absolute baby during the main-event. The most perfect send off in wrestling history. The whole PPV was phenomenal.

people who say the bucks never sell and bury lol, yet another match where they prove the doubters wrong. They sold. not just the bumps, but they sold everything they did, and everything Sting and Darby did, the shock every time Sting came back from a super kick, or kicked out on 1.

Finally, someone who doesn't have an incurable hate boner for the Bucks! They may or may not be jerks in real life--don't know for sure, I'm merely going by past scuttlebutt--but there's no denying they're extremely talented in the ring, regardless of whether some folks like their style of wrestling or not. Plus, you gotta give them flowers for making themselves the butt of the joke in this match; as in, Sting no-sold their moves and went on to win the match. With their backstage power they could have likely declined but chose to do it for the Stinger! Props to the bucks!

@@OnMyLunchBreak07 I mean I imagine they came up with a lot of those spots. And it makes sense that sting, in his last ever match, would find those extra reserves of “hulk up” ability to shrug off being put through 2 tables and a glass sheet, and multiple super kicks and evp triggers lol.

Sting putting Darby over was a hell of a way to go out. The Young Bucks did what they were supposed to and were the heels to be vanquished.

Last night's ppv had some of the best technical wrestling that I've seen in awhile. AEW does put on the absolute best ppvs. Stings last match was perfect. He puts on better matches at his age than the wwenputs on with their young entertainers. Thank you Sting.

Sting is the first wrestler I remember besides hulk Hogan growing up I was born in the late 80s but I was so happy to see sting go out on top and I was smiling and on the edge of my seat for the entire match thank u Steve Borden aka sting thank u for giving me 30 years of the best wrestling I ever got to watch
