A great healthy summer lunch or dinner without having to turn on the oven. This is the best of buffalo chicken dip and chicken salad with plenty of crunch from the vegetables.
Classic onion holder: amzn.to/4eDbHHC
Recipe:
2 cups chicken, deiced or shredded
1/2 cups diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2-4 TBSP Buffalo sauce (use 2 TBSP for mild and 4 TBSP for spicy)
Mix all ingredients and place in the refrigerator to chill. Can serve with crackers, celery sticks, in a wrap or as a sandwich.
Homemade buffalo sauce
4 TBSP melted butter
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
pinch of regular or smoked paprika
a squirt of honey is optional
Mix together and serve. Can store leftover sauce in the refrigerator.
