Can you post a tutorial on how to do a 360 dunk properly?? I lose MAJOR power when I try a 360. Like I have a 40in vertical and can do a BTL dunk on 10’ but I can’t even do a 360 pump and can barely even get a two hand 360 down bc my jumps feel off

Isaiah,when i do split squat,my left leg focus more glutes and hamstring,and my right leg focus more quads. How can i fix this

If I were you, I would take a video from a side view and compare the depth and form of your split squat. Also, it might just be a strength imbalance or sum delayed soreness from another exercise

You might tend to be more upright in one side then the other which will cause one side to work more of the anterior chain and the other one where you possibly might be more bent over will focus on the posterior chain more

Yes. RDLs, hamstring curls, and nordics are best for hamstrings

You won’t get the same eccentric lengthening from the machine hamstring curls. However, check out Nordic hamstring curls with a partner, you’ll see how you can do it without equipment and stuff. But Nordics are a lot better than regular hamstring curls

@@brapywpopo3002 yeah I bet it will. It's also good to stop weights all together for a bit if you've been lifting consistently for a while. Don't worry you won't lose the strength you've built up very quickly.

@@brapywpopo3002 Try to do less weight and move it faster to train at higher speeds . Also do plyos you can do at home there are a lot .... my point is if you are strong and your vertical not increasing its probably because the speed of the movment

I squat about 210 and I’m pretty quick, but my standing vertical is only 17. I don’t really train for vertical that much because I play football but I would have though my vertical would be at least decent.

@@evergreenthunder I started training for football around 5 months ago just weight lifting and stuff and my vertical increase 3 inches but I feel like my vertical should be way higher since my running vert is at least 20 inches.

@@itbecamepersonal6718 if you've been lifting consistently for a while it's good to take a break and just practice running and jumping for a few weeks to freshen up and learn to use the strength you've built.
