The full english breakfast is one of the most popular meals in the UK along with fish & chips, but what is a cheap IKEA breakfast like?

Actually looked a lot better than places you’d pay more than double that. Problem is you spend 2.50 on a breakfast and come out with glasses, candles and a shelf you don’t need!

Great value. And it's not floppy raw bacon or an overdone sausage. Everything seems to be cooked to a great standard! This is my local IKEA so I should definitely check this out sometime

Back in the day ( maybe 10 years ago) they did a 5 item breakfast for 99p and me and my ( veggie) other half used to go to ikea and get 2 each and 2 of the free card coffee they used to do we then swapped stuff so i ended up with 4 sausages 4 bacon and a hash brown, some beans and an egg. It was mental.

In other places i've been (inc tesco, asda) i found out the omeletes come in frozen so there is less waste and less labour than fried eggs. I maybe this is the same here as you need minimal labour if your doing breakfast that cheap.

We get the bacon roll for £1.50 to go with the breakfast, that gives you 2 extra rashers for your breakfast and your choice of a good quality roll and butter. It makes a nice filling brekkie for £4!

@@hephestion6063 They never serve meatballs at the same time as breakfast in any IKEA I’ve been to, they usually clear away brekkie and set up for the lunch then dinner service, but that’s a combo I wouldn’t mind trying 🤤.

Went for an Ikea breakfast in Manchester yesterday and it was £3.50 but you get two sausages, bacon and has browns. Later on we went to get a hot dog meal. Which wasn't available!! You had to buy each item individually which made it much more expensive than the meal.

Before 10am hot drinks are free. After 10am with an IKEA card Mon-Friday hot drinks are also free. You can also change items you don’t like. I don’t like tomatoes so I get a hash brown instead. This by far the best value breakfast you can get

Yes I would go back. I think it was great value. The sausage did look a bit over done but I like them like that, the omelette didn't look great but as long as it tasted good was the main thing. I liked the look of the bacon but i would have to cut the fat off as I don't like it. I could eat cake anytime. The hot dog was good value as well. I think if i went in there i would get lost as I've no sense of direction. Enjoyed your video

Eaten many an Ikea breakfast here in Australia, good value. Yes always have a refill on the coffee or tea.

Yeah, the IKEAs in my area specify free refills for coffee, tea and the cold drinks at the drink stations.

@@everydayimeating3407 We also have the IKEA Family membership card in Canada which you can show at checkout to get free coffee all day. Just grab a mug and show the card and they'll waive the cost for the coffee at checkout. Their coffee is really good too! 😉

Very good value for these inflationary times and a nice clean spacious café. Omelette probably made from pasteurised egg mix as egg prices now quite expensive. Definitely try the larger breakfast! Do they do fish and chips there too - if so give those a try too!!

Pick up a family card for free and the breakfast is even cheaper plus you get tea and coffee for free. Also swap the egg for extra hash brown

Personally IKEA looks very cool. Second of all this is a debatable breakfast. Homemade you can easily make better for £2.50. But I think it’s pretty good value for the price of a small breakfast as most things are cooked great! Conclusion pretty nice but the hash brown and bacon look very appetising.

A pleasant review 🥓🥚 🇸🇪 I am not sure what's in the hot dog meat for 75 pence but they're very popular with customers The breakfast is fine for £2.50 Haven't had a breaky there in years, for same reason that it's an out of town destination so, rarely works for a morning I had been popping into IKEA of late afternoons when going to an upmarket health club. It was ideal to replenish or get a pre gym fuel up As prices are good, I'd always have two plates 🍽 🍽🐻 Always enjoyed IKEA food Great review, thank you ☕

may be you should have compared the small vs the standard one. you need the free Ikea card. then get free drink making you breakfast cheaper. unless they have changed the rules it has been awhile since i have had a breakfast there. when you look at what you have paid for breakfasts then you could get more than one and have both. At one time it was 99p and it has gone up quiet quick to the now cost £2.50 no you can go back for as many of the standard coffee or tea refills.

At £2.50 for the small breakfast absolutely head back for full breakfast what great value, might be only 6 items for small breakie, would struggle cook it at home for that price. Sausage rather over cooked but still very edible based your review. Just shame no Ikea's anywhere near me as I d certainly head there as the presentation counter looked very impressive . The omelette rather fried or poached egg makes for nice change. Well done IKEA I'd say.

People always criticise IKEA but everyone goes there if they can, the £2.50 breakfast is amazing value for money. I think it's tasty because apart from the beans the other items are cooked in the oven hence the crispy hash brown, well done sausage and slightly rubbery omelet but all in all very nice. The cakes are also delicious. The larger breakfast is also yummy. Sets you up for a mega shop😅

I have had an IKEA dinner in their cafe in north of England and it was not very nice they only seem to have meat ball and some other stuff and there is not much of that, on a plate and it is taste less. IKEA should make more of an effort with the meals and mostly the dinners. They only seem to care about the part that sells the furniture and the cafe is a very poor second.

Looks a decent DO. Though why ya went back for a crummy hot dog. Well, ya'v obviously got a better appetite. Keep it honest, and ya'll be just fine. There is'nt one near me otherwise i'd be there of the morrow for a "big un". Ya ca'nt go wrong at that price. ( Maybe it's a "loss leader" )
