I bought the teal color when this yarn first came out. I loved the color and the brushed texture did add a bit of softness. Great review!

Really enjoying this series. This yarn would probably work well for ragdoll style pattern since those are done in panels.

I’m disappointed too. I thought it was going to be fuzzy. I really love the color though.

When you crochet with brushed yarn, all the fluff ends up on the inside (this is why your rat turned out not very soft because all the softness is in the wrong side)... This is not a problem for garments or granny square, but most amigurumi is worked in the round and there is a distinct right side and inside and that's the problem
