McDonald’s is a restaurant where the public really doesn’t see anything going on behind the scenes. So to see what a franchisee like you has to do on the daily is really interesting. Thanks for posting!

Love the passion you have for your craft. The energy, positivity, thinking about your people at work, all the great makings of a leader. This is what I try to do at my workplace, even when my coworkers can be a little much at times when we get busy with orders lol. Can’t wait to try the new sauces!

Indeed, this pushes the "barrier" furthermore. Even if YT's viewers maybe don't seem at first to be interested by this. I use to make my way to channel (like this one) from recommandation, then careful picking from I want to see and also (being honest) viewing numbers. But that both ways. There are always beautiful things that the masses miss... 😏🤫🧐

Mahalo for showing the new sauces, Stephen! And from the videos I’ve seen so far, you do seem like a hardworking and conscientious manager and franchisee. It’s unfortunate, however, that so many other franchisees and managers are not following your example, one of the many reasons why fast food workers across the country are banding together to work for higher wages and improvements in their working conditions. I know you can’t change a system - or a corporate brand - all by yourself, Stephen. But at least you’re showing a different side of McDonalds than the one that so many of us have become accustomed to seeing. And that’s a positive step, not only for yourself but for the company that you’re operating a franchise for. Aloha 🤙🏼

When I worked at McD's back in the 80's, not one of the franchise owners could work any position. And I worked for 3 different franchises over the years. Nice to see an owner in there leading by example. I even remember the unannounced QSC visits from corporate. You always wanted a good score.

Oh man 2:50 reminds me that time on my local Golden Arches I.T. Team uploading new items to registers and the system just go haywire, sometimes i've had to contact stores to provide workarounds for me to finish the job to launch the "new product". I dunno if they're different than before, i bet they do, i left 2012.
