It is hinted of what they are eating from the very start when the girl ask when they can bury her father (Alec) and David says: The ground is to cold to dig.." When they prepare the food, the wife of Alec askes "What is it?", James hesitates and says "Venison". The scene after, David drops the deer in the room. The sounds when they are all eating are a bit to loud, making them a bit off, and when you see them eat: The people not knowing anything are starving, they get small portions and eats fast, James knows what he is eating so he takes tiny bits. David of course also knows, but he has the biggest bowl of food and he eats without a worry in the world. I had played the game so I knew from start. Its always fun to see reactors who hasn´t played the game. A part of me wish I never played the game, but in the same time, the game is an masterpiece! And I don´t regret a second of that gametime. 🤗

Opening theme music for a show I like is The Expanse. This show is probably a close second.

James is played by Troy Baker, the actor who motion captured and voiced Joel in the game.

This was absolutely my favorite episode 🤩from the depravity of David to the raw emotions of Ellie to Joel calling her baby girl 🥲

Great reaction! Yeah, you definitely got to see what Joel was capable of in this episode. Even on his deathbed he's an absolute weapon.

I have to say, I just found the channel and went straight to watching all of "The Last of Us" videos, I will definitely watch the "House of the Dragon" videos as well. I find the premise of predicting important aspects of the show very interesting and entertaining, especially since I love the game and know almost every detail of the story. Additionally, I find Viki very sympathetic and enjoy watching her reactions to shows I like. I personally watch a lot of reaction channels and this one is already in my top five now. However, most other channels offer an uncut version on platforms like Patreon, which I prefer to the cut reactions on KZfaq. That's why I'd be interested to know if you've ever thought about setting up a Patreon as well. But regardless, I'm looking forward to the final episode of "The Last of Us" and future show and movie reactions!

i don't know if you react to movies but since you like to predict what will happen I can suggest you the movie Memento (2001). It will be fun seeing you try to untangle that movie's story

I think this David was a great adaptation from the one in the game, really fleshed out as a deceptive slimy cult leader, and wonderfully acted. I do think his dying screams were even more disturbing in the game though. Also, great job predicting the main plot point of the finale 😎

One more. Good of you to keep going. Joel has been surviving for 20 years in an apocalypse and yes he is very scary also with the ability to dissociate (he is not emotional, nothing personal) while using military combat skills. That's the really scary part he's not angry just doing what he feels he needs to do for Ellie and himself. Remember what Bill wrote to him? Ellie is very scary too. They are alike. Two minor notes - the "clicker" noise is the deer rubbing it's antlers on a tree. When you shoot an animal like that it will run for awhile as it is dying.

damn, this time you crying got me crying. this series is a darn group therapy ... okay, this time i only have a tiny fun fact - James is played by the great Troy Baker, who brought Joel to life in the game. Damn next episode is already the end of season 1. Welp, i guess i know what i am gonna cry about next week!

There were 10 episodes but they slammed ep 1 and 2 into one, bc audience reactions were "its too depressing, killing 2 children in episode". The episode 1 was suppose to end with Joel throwing that little boy in the fire pit.
