This is how to make the easiest homemade fluffy pancake from the scratch for beginners
INGREDIENTS
*1 cup Flour (250 Ml)
*1 cup Milk
*1 Egg (separate egg white from yolk & whip the egg
white only till it's stiff)
*2 Tablespoon Melted butter/Margarine or Vegetable oil.
*2 Tablespoon Sugar
*2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
*1/2 Tspn Vanilla Extract (Optional)
*A pinch of Salt
⭕️for the milk, you can use Evaporated milk or Powdered milk.
If it's Powder, pls Turn into liquid with this measurements 👇
2-3 Tbspn powder milk
1 cup warm water
Mix together till it's fully dissolved.

This video deserves 5 star🥰🥰. I wish I can upload the picture of my practical 😘. I have tried so many pancake recipes but I always end up doing rubbish so I gave up on trying. I stumbled on this video and the process of making yours is so different, so I decided to try it out. Goddddddd!!!!!! You need to see my pancake, for the very first time I got it right. I doubled the recipe and got 10 but ended up eating 7 before I finished frying it🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thanks so much boss. God bless you more 🙏🏾🙏🏾.

Omor this is what I'm talking about!. Please you didn't use oil to fry right? Mehn!!!!! I love this. I've been doing it the wrong way since my elder sister taught us the funny way during her primary school days in the 80s. Very oily watery and sticky pancakes. Thanks for this

I guess she didn't use oil because she was using a non-stick frying pan. If you'd be using a regular frying pan, just as little as a teaspoon of oil would do
