The resistors have to be wired in parallel with the signaling circuit. The instructions that are included with every resistor kit that we provide has every step explained in detail with color photos.

I don't know where this customer got those from but they weren't good. We ripped them out as soon as we were done with the integrated taillight installation .

The taillights are completely different from the 06-07 R6 and the 06-09 R6S. We do however carry the taillights for the R6S Colton Craig

It's simple. You have a ground, a running light, and a signal light in those three wires. You wired in the running light into the yellow wire and that is why it is on constantly. You will need to disconnect that wire and tape it off and leave it unused. Connect the other wire that you previously left disconnected (the signal wire), and that should solve the issue you are experiencing.

@@TSTindustries Okay, I believe the 08+ still works on the 06-07, they share the same harness, If anything comes of it I can swap some pins around in the main taillight harness connector… I assume they both only need a 12v supply for proper function on top of the relay you guys also supply?

@@lance_the_avocado9492 The pin-outs should be the same but there are different mounting tabs between the 06-07 and 08-16 models.

@@TSTindustries sounds good, I might just run different connector bodies if that’s the case Edit: if you’re referring to the taillight mounting tabs, they seem to be identical for both Manufacturer year ranges comparing another light of my year bike to your guys’ 08+ light. If it does not work out, would there be any other way possible to obtain a light from you guys for my year bike even though they are discontinued? I know the quality of TST’s products and I wish to only stick with TST, as other producers of these integrated taillights lack quality and electrical redundancy.
