I'm looking forward to watching all your videos on this cruise. We are doing the same in the last two weeks in May. We have the excursions all booked now. I've never visited any of the destinations either so I'm really looking forward to it. We're first time cruisers too!

I have just subscribed and look forward to seeing the vlogs develop. If you look at some of the best cruise videos and look back at their first attempts you can really see the difference as they gain experience. Watch Andy and Kristy’s vlog and get a few tips from them, split your videos into specific areas of your holiday, all the best. PS we are doing this same cruise in June this year and really looking forward to it, we have sailed Marella before and like their medium sized ships.

Hi, thank you for the kind words and tips 👍, I really enjoy watching Andy and Kirstie’s vlogs, I’ve been watching them for the last 18 months, when we booked our Marella cruise around the Mediterranean they vlogs really helped. Your are 100% spot on about how KZfaqrs develop from there first Vlogs, I like watching people’s first vlogs as it helps you with your confidence, my partner says I’m really brave as I’ve jumped in at the deep end and talking straight away which it takes most travel bloggers years before they do that. I really struggled with the talking and being very self conscious filming, I still am but my vlogs will definitely get much better. I’m excited for the future and that I have people like yourself watching them and wishing me all the best, have a great day 👍

When we were on voyager a couple went to bed and not gone to muster when we all had to go to our muster stations, as explained by the Captain we had lost our departing slot as muster station is 100% requirement before being allowed to depart

Hi Steve 👋 we’re just about to book a cruise on the same ship you were on so wanted to see this. I really felt for you asking for kindness but let me tell you, you did a fabulous job! I love the back drop of the palm trees, classy and gets you in the holiday mood. I’m intrigued about what you used to film the footage. I’ve never seen this before and I WANT ONE😂 When you were both eating your meal you were hands free and you were being filmed…from all angles. I could see a stand on the table and when you were walking you could tell you were holding something but not see….until you saw a shadow on the floor and you saw the stick. It was like the invisible man 😂🤣 If you could let me know Steve I would appreciate it, thank you 🙏🏻 Back to the footage: I liked that you showed certain areas in fast forward 👍🏻 and the slow motion was good too! The inside cabin was good to see (were having the same) and although it was short we got a flavour and it tasted good 😉 You’ve definitely got the mind set, skill and knowledge, it’s just down to practice now and your going to be awesome. This is a good example to others who want to try this. It’s real and we need more real in life. Great oak trees come from small acorns. Hi Carole, what a loverly comment, thank you so much, this really put a big smile on our faces 😃, the camera is a Insta 360 x 3, this vlog was the first time I used it, I spent about 20 minutes before the holiday learning the functions and settings etc. It's amazing, it's my new toy and I so wish I had this on our past holidays, the stick is always invisible, even when taking photographs. I'm getting better footage now as I've been using for about 2 months now, wish I could go back and film it again, I need to tell the story more with the filming, but as my vlogs go on the filming and vlogs are getting better, it's a steep learning curve lol. @@CruiseTravelAndExplore Hi Steve & Gemma, I booked our cruise today for the Greek Mystique cruise in September on the Marella Explorer 2. Your vlog sealed the deal🎉🎊🌟 I found the right equipment on Amazon just researching myself so I was amazed I was right, also you mentioned you can take photos with it which wasn’t clear on the product details. I love the look and idea of it but I have to say I was getting a bit lost on their video showing how it works with press button 3 times, wait tor green light, press and hold 3 seconds for green light to go steady. Push this, hold that etc I was thinking I’m not going to remember all this! Is it complicated? Plus, I work on an iPad so I’m not sure what it’s stored on and how to transfer onto my iPad 🥴🤪 I’m sure I would figure it out…once I save up for one!😂 Any way just wanted you to know you helped make a cruise sale today. Happy cruising, this will be our 2nd cruise so still new to it 😁🚢🛟⚓️

Hi. I’m excited for you and that’s my pleasure, bet you are so excited and can’t wait. We have just come back from our 2nd cruise with Marella, we did a Caribbean 2 week cruise, vlog coming soon. I’m still working on the first one lol. The camera is easy once you have spent a couple of hours playing around with it, plus my advice is search on KZfaq for insta360x3 for help and advice, I did this before I went on my cruise so I had all the setting how I wanted them. I do know what you mean, it can be scary buying a new camera and learning everything. I’m happy I could help you on your new and exciting journey, can’t wait to hear all about it 🛳️✈️❤️👍☀️

You did a great job for your first vlog - our first one has been removed from our channel, yes it really was that bad 😂. We have done a Marella cruise around the Adriatic - fabulous !!! We were on Discovery which is also a lovely ship 😀 Looking forward to watching the rest of your videos.

Thank you for the kind words 😀, that’s a shame your vlog was taken down, did you manage to find out the reason it was taken down? We have just done our 2nd Marella cruise. I’ve been working on day to of our Mediterranean cruise, Kotor in Montenegro, hoping to get this up in the next 2 to 3 days, thank you for watching my vlogs ❤️👍

Hi, thank you for the nice comments, it really does mean a lot. You will have such a fantastic time. We loved it. There was no fridge in our room, we found this very strange, the space where the fridge is there but there was no fridges when we cruised on the Marella Explorer 2, we said on the Marella Voyager in December and those cabins we had fridges.

You do, each time I do a new vlog I learn something different, but at the same time I wish I I could go back and change a lot of things, I'm working on the next one which will be going up tomorrow, it's still not perfect and could be a lot better, but I'm learning, thank you for your support. You will be a pro very soon, well you are already pro's now :)
