The same thing happened to me when I threw a stage 3 clutch and 9lb fly wheel on my RSX-S. First week was HELL! But once I learned that I could hold the rpm’s at 1.5k-2k in first gear and slowly let go of the clutch I got it. Now it feels sorta like a stock clutch but the bite is still kinda low. I love it tho, super awesome!

That's funny.. reminds me of when I put in a clutch and lightweight flywheel in my Integra Type R.. I kept stalling right afterwards.. thought there was something wrong with the install lol you get used to it though

2500 to 3000 rpms to start off most of the time gotta rev it up alot more and you gotta rev match most of the time

I just got my ACT clutch in my Subaru STI and i had the same reaction, I stalled a couple times and started laughing of how I THOUGHT I knew how to drive manual 😂😂 especially on hills… W vid! It’s been 1 day since I got mine in, We makin progress 🤟🏾

I want to know this too. Im getting an ACT organic clutch installed with the prolite fw next week. I'm hoping its like my old porsche with low pedal grab point. Just peel the clutch pedal and it starts grabbing and that felt nice. Hoping this will be the same.

Rev up the engine, to about 2.5K, then let off the clutch. It’s the lightweight flywheel.

Yo im actually about to put an ACT in my brz but this is the exact issue im worried bout cause i drive in heavy traffic for hours somtimes. You look like youre driving in the greater toronto area. If you are how is it on city driving? I wanna get the clutch kit but i dont wanna wear it out in city driving

I'm actually in the states but I recommend the South Bend Clutches over ACT. I burned this clutch up in about a month lol

Time and practice lol I never got used to the ACT Clutch. Blew it and put in a South Bend Stage 3 and it drives like stock and holds more power than the ACT Clutch did.
