Turbo Kick is a cardio Kick Boxing class.... please be safe and smart at home with this workout! Feel free to pause, rewind, stop, take breaks and just have fun! Go at your own pace - you have plenty of time :)
Thank you for trying this out - it wasn't my best class - but I always tell my class to have no judgement. Especially during this unprecedented time, that we have never experienced before, be gentle with yourself - and so will I... we are working out at home - that's something to be proud of - it's PLENTY!
So, have fun, make it your own, and my hope is you do this more than once and do it better than me! I hope to be a catalyst to elevate your vibration because even though I can't see you - you elevated my energy on a day that my head was all over the place and I didn't feel like working out - so thank you! I am so grateful for you!
