Saar 6 is heavily armed for its size. Carries weapons for all roles, SAM, SSM and ASW. While Ada corvette is focused on ASW and Anti-Ship. However, the larger Milgem Class (Babur class - 2950 tons) has VLS and medium range SAMs as well.

Ada class has a passive esa radar against the aesa radar in sa’ar, aesa radars are much better at working under heavy jamming environment and are much more capable in jamming, also no real protection on ada except RIM, that is a point defence system used by USN as last resort weapons with a range on 10 to 15 kms.

Correction: Saar 6 has 24 C-dome(naval version of Iron Dome battle proven) and 16 Barak 8 air defense missiles. This would mean a total of 40 vertical launch cells. It would be more suitable to compare Saar-6 with Turkey's frigates.

The Israeli corvette is somewhat smaller than the Turkish one, but at the same time it has a significantly more powerful and technologically advanced armament complex, which is not inferior to many frigates. Sa'ar 6 is way more sophisticated and technologically advanced and has no1 missile defense system in world.. Pls dont forget about Israel military technology and its upgrades in Israel when the ship arrived..they basically doubled the radar range making it 2x further than Turkish Adar. Basically it would take down the Turkish ship even before it was detected. Game over.

Sa'ar 6 and it's not even close. Turkish military technology just consists of poor copies of European and U.S. made weapons. Israel's stuff is often better than what the Europeans make. In this case, this Sa'ar 6 corvette is loaded with enough weapons destroy a lot of different types of frigates. I think even the much smaller Sa'ar 72 is a dangerous threat to the Ada.

There is no comparison at all besides physical dimensions. Ada's x-band is 2 generations behind MF Star radar. In fact, MF Star is capable tracking 168 surface and air targets, like the SPY 1-D on the latest Arleigh Burkes. Ada is weak on air defense with 16 Sea RAM with a 10 KM range. SAAR 6 has double the number of SSMs, 32 Barak 8s that can engage the same targets as ESSM and a range from 0.5 KM to 90 KM, and even up to 40 C-Dome missiles just in case the 32 Barak 8s aren't enough. Its like comparing a Kresta CG to a Tico.

Israeli technologies are far superior than anything turkey has to offer. There’s a reason Israel is the fifth largest weapon system exporter around the world. Iron Dome arrow3 and trophy are only a small example of Israeli weapon systems that western countries are standing in line to purchase. On top of that turkey is light years behind Germany in shipbuilding experience so no matter what turkey produces it will always be inferior than a German one. Two world wars worth of experience isn’t something you just learn overnight and certainly not on the first ship that’s not seeing any real combat if ever that.
