TCG Anadolu is made by Turkey and
Canberra Class is made by Australia.

The exact same ship but with different fitouts, one can argue which is better, however this is not a clever way to think. What you need to do is think in terms of geography. Australia needs to navigate oceans such as the Indian Ocean and Pacific ocean etc. The Canberra is a great vessel but one can argue that against other big players in the region such as China, you would need many other vessels or bigger vessels.. Turkey on the Other hand would only be using their vessels ina Littoral role and as such their vessels are perfectly suited for their own region. There is no other country that has carriers permanently stationed in this region making Turkey a mini superpower with these vessels.

Ambos buques son de diseño español por la empresa pública española Navantia. Solo que construidos en puertos de ambos paises. Both vessels are of Spanish design by the Spanish public company Navantia. Only built in ports of both countries.

me hace gracia que en este tipo de videos siempre que se trata de armamento diseñado íntegramente en España se oprime lo máximo posible su participación pese a haber sido el que diseñó el buque y se le den más importancia a las empresas que lo arman como Bae Systems o las turcas antes de la empresa que proporcionó el diseño del buque completamente ,esto es algo que podemos ver en el minuto 1:01, en la que navantia queda como empresa subcontratada en vez de la que administra ,realiza la transferencia tecnológica y supervisa el proyecto en ambos países. Lo peor de esto es que habrá una grandísima parte de los usuarios que ven este tipo de videos que realmente se creerán que el barco fue desarrollado en su país.

The design of the ship, which belongs to Turkey, is Spanish, but other than that, it was built in the Turkish shipyard Sedef. Turkish-made sensors, radars and weapons were used mainly, including the combat management system.

If we were to add F35b's (which the airforce opposes and navy wants) it would GREATLY increase our capacity in actively defending our neighbours in the south pacific and I am strongly pro to the idea, however the naval doctrine seems to be all-subs-all-the-time right now with the failed franch sub deal eating into defence spending enormously. Personally I think the best solution for now is to modify the current Canberra class ships (Adelaide and Canberra) to accommodate the F-35b if needed as then they could host a wing from the USA or France or the UK etc. Currently the ships lack the necessary deck reinforcement and heat-proof paint to make the operation of the F-35b. In 2030 the Bay-class ship Chouls is due for decommision and by then the F35-b will have become more standardised and upgraded, I advocate strongly for a 3rd Canberra class ship with 12 F35b's to become our new flagship in the region. Specifically I advocate for this because the LHD class ships can easily just disembark the F35's and load up helicopters if required. These ships in Australia have proved essential for our ability to respond to humanitarian crises in the south pacific so having a 3rd would be ideal. I imagine the Chouls could find a home with NZ or one of our other partners if need be as well as it's a very new craft as it is and has great utility as an aid vessel. (UN peacekeeping detachment in the south pacific perhaps?) Regardless, having at least ONE Canberra-class with this capacity makes Australia a FAR more potent and flexible force due to the F35-b's ability to provide over the horizon strike capability meaning that even if we only had 12 total and deployed 4 per LHD purely for the recon ability, that would add a VAST amount of capability to the Australian military and local partners. The subs are grand and all but subs are utterly worthless at projecting power and preventing conflict. If the enemy knows they're there then they've failed, as such it is essential that we increase the strength of our surface fleet and amphibious capacity.

The problem of F35B is the fiability and cost of maintenance . Spanish are operating 12 Harrier II Plus like LHDs of Marines, but F35B is new challenge being new plattform. The fiability of F35B is not good.. and the investment is high. Australia have to wait more time to see if F35B is working or not like Spain is doing..@@stevethomas7273

OR HAD DOES IT STACK UP TO THE EURO FIGHTER? OR ANY U.S. FIGHTER AIRCRAFT.? WHAT RANGE DOES IT HAVE? WHAT WEAPONS CAN IT CARRY? AND DO THE WEAPONS CUT IT FLIGHT RANGE? @Bomberman1 AH! YOUR PLACING YOUR BETS ON A I UNDERSTAND, NOT EVEN A PROTOTYPE A/C THAT HASN'T EVEN GOTTING OFF THE GROUND YET. NOT A GOOD BET, IMV. TOO MANY A/C LOOK GOOD ON THE DRAWING BOARD, BUT FAIL IN THE PROTOTYPE STAGE. AND ARE NEVER PUT INTO PRODUCTION.. I WOULD SUGGEST WAIT ON YOUR GLOWING OPINION TILL THE PROTOTYPE FLIES, AND SEE IF IT IS PUT INTO PRODUCTION.. JUST MY VIEW. :)

I'LL TAKE YOUR WORD ON THE ATAK, BUT A CHPPPER IS NOT A VERY GOOD ATTACK VEHICAL FOR GOING AFTER SHIPS THAT HAVE A.A. MISSELS, AND OR A CARRIER TO BACK THEM UP WITH. ON THE F-16"S, WHAT GRADE OF F-15'S? THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS ON THE R-16"S. AT LEAST 3 SERIES WITH IMPROVEMENTS IN EACH. SO IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT GRADE/SERIES YOUR PRODUCING WEITHER IT IS A "UP TO DATE" AIRCRAFT. JUST MY VIEW. HEY, THANKS FOR THE INFO. I KNOW QUITE A LOT, ---BUT----NOT EVERYTHING.
