🫓 In Turkish cuisine we have different kinds of flat breads, pides filled, sealed or open style in boat shape. This version is famous in Kastamonu city in The Black Sea region known as "Kır pidesi"

Ingredients for Turkish Kır Pidesi
For the dough:
400ml. warm water
1 tsp active dry yeast or 20 grams fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
about 5-5+1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
For Potato filling:
about 500gr. medium-size potatoes, washed, boiled until somewhat soft
1 onion
tsp or less each pul biber (chili flakes, paprika, black pepper, salt)
1 tsp tomato paste
(I shared two versions to make with same ingredients)
For minced meat filling:
1 onion
2-3 sweet or mild green peppers
1/2 sweet capia red pepper
250gr. minced meat
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt, black pepper, chili flakes to taste
2 cloves of garlic (optional)
