The construction industry is a cut throat business it's like trying to breathe underwater, it's always evolving and you have to be very very careful who you partner up with because they can make or break the business 😅 I know this first hand. Some inspirational stuff man I have recently started up property maintenance business in Nottingham it can be hard to find the right work who want to pay for it most just don't want to pay but I will keep at it

Chris! Wow. Honestly, wow! Massive respect. You should be proud and I’m sure your family is proud as punch to have you as their provider. Through all the loss, drama and stress you sir have smashed it. It’s inspiring. I’m at a point in my life where we have once had a very very comfortable life. But after Covid I went back to a normal driving job. Earn good money but I am itching to start a business. My daughter is 5 and incredibly intelligent. She wants to make her own soap. The business I want to start interlinks with her idea. So I think this video is the video that will give me the motivation to make the leap. No matter what happens, just keep going. You are a genuine guy with real heart. Love watching Every Trade. I’m in Manchester too. So when I am at a level in business where I can afford to extend my house, I will be calling Every Trade! Came here from Ashviille/Welderfabber. I am a construction project manager for a large main contractor. Work on projects from £7m to £25m. I am from a poor Glasgow housing estate, left school at 14, no qualifications. Started as a concrete labourer at 15 years old, took construction in my stride and worked my way up. You said something that caught me out. " imposter syndrome ". I often got that, when sitting in a meeting room with 20 people from clients, to their project management teams, architects , engineers, structural and civil engineers....but soon realised, that I was where I was, because Id earnt it, and also found, due to my site experience I was an equal to anyone in the room. So to all out there. The sky is the limit, if you put the work in, ...... I would say good luck Ryan, but you don't need it, as you've paid your dues
