At 23 years old, Michael Jackson bought a majority stake in his family home after his father suffered full financial difficulties. Once completed, Jackson took it upon himself to destroy his parents homes and replace it with a grand palace worthy of a king with his own mini zoo and amusement park.

Never knew that the Encino house was essentially the first Neverland. Looks like such a magical place, just like Neverland. Also according to Freddie Mercury, he chose to sleep on the floor not only for maximum space for dancing but because he felt closer to the Earth. Freddie responded saying that his bedroom is on the 2nd floor so how does that make sense lol. But this goes to show MJ preferred the floor, especially when it came to the sleepover situations.

He even said in Bashir's documentary he slept in a sleeping bag on the floor and allowed Star and Gavin Arvizo (the brothers and second family accusers) to sleep in his bed. Even in the Oprah interview, everyone is on his bed like a couch if you look up outtakes (Elizabeth Taylor is standing), MJ leaning on bed/standing with Oprah and Debbie Rowe are on his bed lol.

There's houses directly next to it. The traffic and noise would be problematic and annoying for neighbors. It would definitely not be approved by the town. Similar thing with Neverland, a museum at Neverland wouldn't be approved because of the area. I wish there was an MJ museum though, but where can it be?

If I had 100 million, I buy neverland ranch, and made a museum of it. Each year on his birthday and the date when he died, I would have a memorial day. And still have kids all over the world to come there.

Turn neverland into MJJ exhibition centre with diffrent MJJ events going on for fans if u can’t sell the property there’s other use like museum or MJJ experience and by useing remaining jacksons family members to host it and then in no time people will be educated on MJJ and that way money will be made

Michael Jackson is really good, tolerant and patience. He is the only one that can bring the family together that's why God bless him and make him richer than the rest. He bought the house completely from his dad and he demolished the old building and build a new home to his taste, God bless the king of pop forever. I wish he was my brother.

Thank you for this-love looking at pix of Hayvenhurst. Next time show the Memory Room over the garage-I love that. Also didn't realize they demolished the original house-thought it had been moved over and converted to their music studio. And that's funny about Katherine not liking English Tudor-Michael said she loved the style when he gave that Tom Joyner interview. Keep up the good work-your videos are great.

Of the Jackson s I like and respect only Michael. I don't know about you, but I can't believe that his older adult brothers and his mother couldn't have lifted a finger and defended him from his fathers abuse. Also, during tours, his older brothers used to invite women to sleep with them and tell little Michael to "pretend asleep". After Michael became famous, his brothers became very jealous. That family was messed up bad. Poor Michael.

@@liberpolo5540 his mother was the only one who gave him love and hugged michael and told him ' I love you' his father never did and michael was always the most sensetive of all, michael loved his mom very much. There was a time when his father cheated his mother when they where on tour and michael knew about that, he has to kept his mouth to his mother for his father and michael had big struggles with that, he didn't like to lie to his mother. ( sorry if my english is not that well) michael told that once in a, what I believe a private phone call.

That's not what happened. They were getting the house remodeled. The contractor messed so bad they had to tear it down. Also Janet was the last to leave. People forget that he had a house in Malibu hills before the Neverland property. Look it up. The property was near Michael Landon house. In fact it burnt down when they had brush fires while he was on the bad tour.
