Can you repair a hole in the foil? I removed a part with an adhesive.

Yes, it's possible to repair a hole in the foil. First, clean the area around the hole thoroughly. Then, you can use a patch or a small piece of adhesive film to cover the hole. Make sure to carefully align the patch with the surrounding pattern to ensure a seamless look. Applying heat and pressure can help bond the patch securely to the surface. Keep in mind that the repair might be more noticeable than the original surface, but it can be an effective solution to fix small damages.

Ive started wrapping my cabinets without watching this video... I just made 2 flat pieces, one for front and back of doors, and then trimmed off the excess. So the wrap doesnt extend to the sides or to the back. The corners are just cut slightly rounded, to the shape of the cabinet door. Is this bad practice, will it lead to the wrap peeling and coming off over time? Or is it ok to continue wrapping like this? For the thin, front facing frame pieces: when there was an exposed cabinet side, i wrapped it seperately, and then cut a small thin piece for the front facing part. Should i have wrapped side and front together, with one piece instead? Appreciate your helpful video, thank you

The approach of wrapping only the front and back of the cabinets, excluding the sides, is a valid technique. However, it's important to exercise precision during the cutting process, ensuring there are no slight overhangs. If there's any excess material left, it could lead to issues like peeling, especially when cleaning with a cloth. Therefore, meticulous attention to detail in the cutting phase is essential to maintain the longevity and appearance of the wrap.

@@coverstyl9401 thanks! In retrospect, I should've ordered a wider wrap and just gone over the sides as one piece. But it came out much better when I started using the techniques in your video, especially for the corners. Appreciate you!

@@coverstyl9401 just to clarify: I ended up adding seperate sides to the 3 doors that I had cut to front and back only, without overlapping. The remaining doors I wrapped overlapping the sides as shown in your video, and they came out much better! I'll use that technique if I do this again. The overlap technique also made the frames come out much smoother, cutting individual pieces for each flat surface of the frames (there was a fridge box involved) i had trouble cutting the corners completely cleanly

What if the doors /draws have a central panel ?

Yup. It’ll peel right off when you’re ready to leave. Just take a corner with your finger nail and pull. No residue left behind either
