so basically i used an interview FOX 5 did with Ali Abulaban at 9:51 and that 10 second clip, got the entire video copyright claimed. Yes, they tried making money off this entire video based off 10 seconds. So I used the KZfaq editor to trim that section out and that's why there's an abrupt skip there.

I want to add some context on the Ali Abuluban case. His wife Ana threw him out because of his violence towards her and their daughter, not because of an affair. Police had been called to the couple's apartment numerous times by neighbours and by Ana herself because of his abusive behaviour. Abulaban wants people to believe that Ana was cheating on him and that his behaviour was somehow justified but that is not the case. Raymond Barron, the man killed along with Ana, was a friend who was there to support Ana because she was afraid that her husband might come back to the apartment and try to hurt her and she was right to be afraid because that's exactly what happened.

as someone who has been in the cosplay community quite a a while, snow had been into a lot of trouble beforehand - of course, not as serious as MURDER, but they got into a lot of controversies before this. most known ones were purposefully displaying nudity (underwear) in a costume on tiktok, and also being disrespectful with gravestones as they used them for a photoshoot, sitting and supposedly posing/dancing on burial sites. it was crazy to hear they actually took someone's life, though, i heard about it before but didn't know the full story ever.

As an egyptian, the hanneen hossam trafiking case actually happened and there was proof through videos on her phone. She would first promote an app called likee on her tiktok and would tell younger girls that they could talk to boys for a lot of money. The girls were very vulnerable due to them being poor, and their ages. She wasn't the only tiktoker promoting it, and basically the girls would have to entertain the men to get paid. It was trafiking, but for some reason a lot of western media twisted the case and evidence, even when the evidence was used on court, and they just said she was in jail for dancing on tiktok or whatever. This claim is very dumb considering the fact that there are a lot of belly dancers and non-Muslim Egyptians who dance and do whatever, but they aren't jailed.

As a cosplayer, the SnowTheSaltQueen situation was absolutely awful. Watching them make videos like nothing bad happened after killing their friend was incredibly disturbing, and their fiancé (also a cosplayer) would be extremely rude and vile to people commenting about the situation: they actually responded to one of my comments saying that they hoped my family perished in a car accident. Snow had a massive amount of controversy surrounding them before the incident too, basically them just being awful and scamming people. It sent shockwaves through the cosplay community in general. To this day, there are still opportunistic cosplayers using the situation for clout; bringing up show’s name just to get views and not to add any meaningful commentary, or saying that they deserve followers because “at least I didn’t murder anyone”. It’s absolutely heartbreaking.

I'm a psychology major and for the first story, i have to agree. Hallucinations are one of the toughest things to verify, especially in a criminal involvement. The current generation exploits the term mental health to get away with everything at this point. "Snow's case raised questions about the connection between violent content on social media and real life violence." The mainstream media idiot brigade has been trying to excuse the crimes of violent monsters almost since its inception. I, someone who loves vampire and zombie stories and laughed at making heads explode with bullets or melee strikes, someone who loves metal and Lovecraft and true crime--I worried until the moment where somebody nonchalantly asked me for a first aid kid for their mildly cut finger and I realized I was having a borderline panic attack because my empathy in a REAL situation is overwhelming. Correlation is NOT causation. Violent PEOPLE are drawn to things that normal people seek for different reasons.

tbh the wife ruined the family, she had a daughter, a husband, a comfortable life but still she shit on all of that and cheated on her husband with another man, he definitely shouldn't have killed her I fully agree, but saying HE ruined the family is not true at all, cause even if he had divorced her then his family would've been ruined anyway as his daughter definitely shouldn't be around the mother that ruined her childhood. Again I am not saying this is an excuse for the murder, I am just saying he didn't ruin his family, it was ruined by his wife the moment she cheated on him.

I know your not trying to excuse that 14yo girl but that still doesn't justify murder. regardless of what you think, murdering someone ESPECIALLY if they're in a weak position (in this case, her sibling was disabled) is something that's just completely unforgivable regardless of her circumstances. and considering how her records don't show any previous signs of hallucination, it makes me think that she's using that as an excuse to get a lighter sentencing (which is just messed up) and that's something that i hate. we need to stop giving teenagers a free pass or a slap on the wrist for their crimes (and when i say crimes, i'm talking about SEVERE crimes, not minor crimes) they're just as capable of doing them as anyone else.

I don't think they were separated, because in the interview he says "well I guess that's the end of my marriage" which means they were married at least, plus I don't think a man can feel that much anger about his wife cheating if he cheated on her multiple times as that would be mean he didn't love his wife, and the DV thing may be true idk but we have to look at the facts that we have here and not just the claims she made as that's how allot of innocent men get put in jail. It kinda paints his wife in a bad light when she really didn't do anything wrong (she didn't deserve to die even if she was cheating, obviously) Jinnkid was just one of those "if I can't have you, nobody can" kind of guys. I've seen a lot of people in the comments section here discussing JinnKid's situation and how people feel sympathy for him because of his jail interview. I've read into it, and a lot of articles state that there was testimony in the preliminary hearing that he was committing abusive acts such as pushing his wife a month before the incident. The events leading up to the shooting seem to suggest he was controlling at best and allegedly abusive at worst. So... yeah, I feel weird with some people over-empathizing with his situation. He still shot his wife and her friend in cold blood, and he did not sound like a great person even beforehand. Think twice before deciding he's valid because he got emotional in his interview; he was an influencer because of his acting abilities, after all.
