Soundwave, Sonic Spy is really fun. My buddy has a deck with him at the head and it is really fun. Plus, I think Esper theft would be right up your alley. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Just a little side note, tree beard puts the counters on target halfling or treefolk, Bernard couldn't have been a target.

9:45 I'm so saddened that she just didn't pay the triggered Shu-Yun Ability to give him double strike. The 5 damage would be 10 damage, and on top of that, she'd get to draw two cards from the double strike instead of one.

Have you done a Universes Beyond only game yet? I can't remember. But if not, maybe another UB game, but all the decks have to be from a different universe? Either way, super fun game. Gruul Spellslinger was not on my bingo card. 😅

yea it's definitely designed to basically make eating food cheaper tap the pig as part of the food cost, gain the life, untap the pig, boom you've basically got an extra mana.

12:43 isn't everyone at twelve commander damage because the lizard gives "this creature deals damage" to the commander right? Or am i understanding this wrong

Wouldn't she have drawn 3 cards when the commander hit with the enchantment attached and kedis says that creature also deals it's damage to the other opponents?

It says combat damage, the creature makes it do damage not combat damage. I probably would have gone the route of giving the double strike instead since she'd actually do more damage, gain more life, draw a second card and keep the card she used for a later turn.

Populate only works on creature tokens. I was making a token Planeswalker deck and originally had populate in there. Fortunately I figured it out before it was too late 🤣
