+1 on the mantis angle, I find my self leveraging the end of bars with my hands to offset an overhang of my elbows behind the aero pads

Only started watching your channel maybe 2 weeks ago. I really enjoy it. And well on Monday I go and get a proper bike fit👍🏻. It’s only for my Specialized diverge A5. But looking at upgrading soon, so like James says “get s bike fit before you buy a bike”. Cheers from Perth Australia 👍🏻👍🏻

I meant to comment this yesterday for Lawrence. Yes, 6-8 weeks to heal... and then an additional 6-8 weeks to recover (get back to where you were pre-injury). This is because those muscles have atrophied (a bit) from non-use and need to get back to tone. Always nice to have a concise explanation from James about a somewhat complex topic of Bike Fit.

My elbow still gets sore over a year after my surgery, especially in cold weather!

@@Cade_Media Yeah, I broke my collar bone almost 10 years ago and every so often my arm gets into a spot that bothers that bone.
