Your videos have convinced me to turbocharge my gpz550 cafe. It’s a long way due but I’m rebuilding an extra head for it atm so it stops burning oil. Picking up a tig welder middle of this month and am more than excited.

Great video! I was wondering, why don't you weld with gas instead of flux core? Wouldn't you get better results?

hi. might consider moving the rectifier regulator under the seat tray. as it will not get any airflow and over heat. like what you do 👍

Great videos, you should pick up a cheap drill press of FB marketplace or CR, makes drilling so much easier.

Yea, I have one, the motor just has no torque, so it actually takes just as long, if not longer.

No, I'm too cheap (at least currently) to use that kit. It's just a basic bus bar/fuse block from amazon.

The battery I'm using is an Anti-Gravity 8 Cell, not sure if it's going to work yet but I'm going to try. If not I might have to move up to a 12 Cell.

@@DoctorMotorcycle the problem with these batteries concerns the ignition of the motorcycle. you have to start it at the first try, otherwise it runs out.

haha, thanks Mike. I doubt that though. Paul Jr. seems to be doing pretty well for himself, I'm glad everything worked out for him. I loved that show.
