You should do Scotland! They fry and batter literally everything! There are places where they will fry a burger patty (very common in chip shops), make a burger with the bun and sauce's and stuff, then batter the entire thing and fry again. So its a battered burger its a monster

watching this with a plate of food as i usually do. on the plate: boiled potatoes with the insides scoped out, then mashed and mixed with cheese, bacon and green pepper the put back into the potato and backed in the oven. as the salad we have some macaroni with mayo, green pepper and cheese.

I live in Syracuse and work right down the street from the fairgrounds. I haven't bothered going there in almost 15 years. The regional dishes shown here though, us locals are obsessed with. You need to try the Utica tomato pie, greens, and chicken riggies separately. They really are unique dishes. You should come back and try the restaurants around here. Syracuse is kind of a depressing shithole, but we have some GREAT restaurants that I'd put up against any other region of NY state.

Wow……..that’s gonna keep me away from the US forever. I thought the food at Sydney Royal Easter show was bad but that’s next level deadly cuisine. I can’t be within a 200 mile radius of ‘food’ like that…..and my Japanese wife has got serious trauma and actually nearly died from watching this and the previous one, but you know, thanks for your awesome videos, we love to watch 😊

Do an episode on the Massachusetts n nh state fairs…they r both wonderful fairs…I grew up at the topsfield fair n the big e…have nothing but fond memories of both…I was in the 4-h growing up n if I didn’t place I was indulged wit a trip for snacks on the midway…loved the experience…made friends wit other vendors n had the best food experience

$12 for a frozen deep fried chicken patty? Naw man,😮 I'll pay you $16 if you pound out and fry your own homemade buttermilk marinated seasoned chicken fried chicken breast or boneless thighs for two options. If you know what your doing. Then keep the same sandwich additions and add a handful of fresh grated mozz on top of the sauced chicken and thrown into the pizza oven and sure to toast the buns on the sammich inside out. Offer extras to go on it like jalapenos, bacon, extra cheeses and other cheeses, salami, whatever else y'all carry in there

The secret to American Cheese is the sodium citrate or sodium phosphate that is blended in. It prevents the milk fat from escaping the slice even when heated. 😮
