3 жыл бұрынSo this is Twitter's Reaction to Mario Party Superstars, the new installment in the Mario Party series that was announced at Nintendo's recent E3 presentation! Personally, I'm really excited for this one. I don't play Mario Party often but whenever I've played it in the past, it's been a lot of fun!

People forget that every console since N64 (except Wii U) has had multiple Mario Party’s. N64: 3 Cube: 4 Wii: 2 Switch: 2 This shouldn’t be surprising in the slightest that we are getting a new game three years after the last one 🤣

GBA technically has two (If you count Mario Party e for the eReader as one), DS only has one, and the 3DS has three.

Nothing is proven yet, Peach’s Birthday Cake was one of the worst boards in the first game, but so far the changes they’ve made seem to be making it better. I feel it’s warranted to be a bit skeptical about new Mario Party games given ND Cube’s track record over the past decade…

@@moosesues8887 Because it uses a completely different control scheme, introduces new mechanics and gets rid of old ones (like allies and character specific dice), and has more content than Super entirely

We don't know that yet. We have yet to see all the minigames and the ones in the treehouse were n64 only to avoid spoiling the rest. Even on the site with the minigames from across the series, it doesn't come close to all the minigames revealed.

Coolgame player there's no shortage. Depending on if you want a one TV experience, or games where you play with other systems you may want to look into Mario Party/Kart/Tennis Minecraft OverCooked Smash Brothers Deathroad to Canada Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Stardew Valley Luigi's Mansion 3 Go Vacation (I think was the name) Monster Hunter Rise Splatoon. ClubHouse Games 51 World Classics I don't really have family so I don't know a ton, I tried to give games from a variety, some appealing to young kids and some more suited to teens. If you want more ideas you can check out Nintendo Direct presentations, each get posted to Nintendo's KZfaq Channels, and look up LPs or reviews from others. Nintendo Switch also has a News tab, Nintendo often posts lists about "games to play with friends" "games for parents and kids to play together" etc, it wouldn't hurt to search for those either

P.s. Some games I listed have cross-play, meaning people on PC, PlayStation/Xbox, or even phones can play with someone using a Switch. I did my best to give a large variety because I don't know any specifics about your family's size, set ups, or preferences.

For potentially endless fun, due to the number of boards, minigames, and sheer number of randomness, plus so far they've only shown fan favourites. Yes, a few are hated for ruining friendships or ruining your life, but people loved that about those old games. Surprised it isn't 79.99 like Sony's games where you play through them once then never look back

@Taybah Ahmad It’s because nowadays the Nintendo community is now mostly filled with nostalgia-blinded GameCube fanboys/fanatics who refuse to admit that Nintendo was no different back in those “””””””””””glory days””””””””””” as they are now. They also refuse to give even REMOTE criticism to the first-party Nintendo games of the GameCube era and love to pretend to themselves that it was an “absolute perfect era with a ton of untouchable masterpieces of games”.
