It's not often I bring a guest on, but I think I should do it more. This is one of my besties, her name is Jen, and we headed away for the weekend in the Volkswagen Taigo. It's not my usual review, but it gives you an idea of what the Taigo is like as a weekender.

Quite like the look of the car. Seen a few on the road. Reminds me a little of the Passat of the 80's.

Me too, also thought it looked those coupe like Passats of that time. Woulld like it in a 1.5 from the T-Cross or the euro 1.6 TDI for my wife, but are offerings we don't get.

It is a pity VW did not bring the 1.5L with a bit more oomph to SA but then price wise it would eat into T-Roc pricing.

The Taigo is formally in the top WORSE & MOST DISSAPPOINTING cars worldwide formally by customer & dealer feedback. Horrible value all round & BAD quality for the money 😵🤢💩
