Try canning halibut. I do and love it. Personally think its better than tuna. Avoids the strong taste you get when you freeze it. Of course fresh is best !👍 Do you like it poached? IE poor man's lobster..

Do you can it with any seasonings added or just plain? Yes indeed - poor man's lobster is a wonderful preparation that is quick, easy and super tasty. Could I use the Halibut Magic on Salmon? Or will you be coming out with a salmon seasoning? Anyways, I’m going to have to try it. Congrats on your seasoning!!

Hi Elsa thanks for the positive feedback! While you can use this seasoning on salmon, I will be launching a number of salmon-specific seasonings. I have an "Original Masterpiece Smoked Salmon Dry Brine" in a final production run as we speak which should be ready for sale by next month. I plan on creating a number of smoked salmon dry brine flavors over time. Thanks again and tight lines! Captain Zac
