I remember crying my eyes out watching this movie a few weeks before I finally moved for college after the pandemic with my mother. It really was the right movie at the right time

Funnily enough, I was going to watch this movie but changed my mind cuz I was expecting just another generic movie about family that isn't realistic... I am now going to give it a second chance before I get spoiled even more. Thanks StoryStreet!

As a father of daughters, this movie really hit me. I have to be so many things to these little people, all while trying to make sure they end up being good people. It’s a lot to take in.

I remember my family made me watch it with them and I reluctantly agreed. It slowly grew on me and near the end, I shed a single tear. Not going to tell them tho, my pride refuses to allow that.

This movie was one of the first to actually portray a relatable family situation and I love it so much. The animation, voice acting, story just everything was so on point!!

Sometimes parents get too caught up in loving their kids and forget to love the people their kids are, too. I've felt that. My mom loves her daughter, my grandma loves her granddaughter, but I'm not sure they know me. They try, though. That's what matters to me.

Family connections can seem like a living hell sometimes when you're in a tough state. But that doesn't need to be the way it is all the time. Even if it seems like they are ignorant, your family will still care about you. I kind've am in a tough state like that with my parents, it feels sometimes like they don't want me to be my own person, but the thing is, I probably don't give them the benefit of the doubt, because I know they still support me and have faith in what they like about me and the kind of life I want to lead. Family might feel like hell sometimes, but what important thing that you care about isn't a struggle? I still love my parents and I know they love me, but I know that I have to have my own life. So don't discredit the idea that your family does care. Stand up for yourself, but don't forget they do care.

I know I'm late but... I love this movie and I love how it resonates with me. I relate a lot with Katie and wanting to find a group of people so I can fit in. A lot of the situations with Katie just feels like me. This movie almost made me cry, the reason I say that because I watched it in a public space lol. But my second watching it in my room, that's when I let my tears down.

As someone who has a rough relationship with his dad this hits close to home. Update: My Dad now lives in a different city because of work so I barely see him now and days cause he's very busy and a majority of his salary goes into paying my medical bills (Cause I have Autoimmunity lupus) and university tuition. All he asked in return is that I just graduate and that whatever happens he'll always be there for me.

this movie was perfect in every way. sony animation has been knocking it out of the park ever since spiderverse. mike rianda, lord, and miller are geniuses, as well as the rest of the incredible cast and crew. the oscars snubbed it HARD and it's just another reason why the oscars are an absolute sham

I just watched this movie and was wondering when you'd make an essay. Looks like I'm lucky today ha I wonder if you would make a lesson video about Ironman kind of like how you did with kungfu panda about the progression and mindset of tony, honestly would be interested on your take of it.

Family is what you make best in life, no matter the disconnections you go trough in life: we still have the capability to understand each other...the weirdness/goofiness that makes all families unique in their own way...the quirks and differences of our personalities that define us as humans...the ways we connect together and get along as a family...and of course meaning what we say as the one and only truth we'll ever speak (and never lie)...and that (in my own person word and opinion) is what the importance of family means to me and what it meant/will always mean to me in/for my life.

Oh my God. Katie and Rick? I like Katie and Rick because usually one of them are good family of laws of nature situation but the Mitchell Family of Katie, Rick, Aaron and Linda. They are not fighting to each other because they are nicer warriors. I like Katie and her family but i do like Minecraft so i like 2 only now. The Mitchells vs The Machines Movie will be at April and October too. Off the tune.

im conflicted by the message of your video. but at the same time i feel unworthy to speak out on why ..becouse the subject is not an easy one ...it doesn't have easy awnsers the dont end up hurting if feeling wrong .. you say love int a transaction but also mention that 10:15 she fail of using that love against him.. as if he owe her that even thought we are talking of the mistakes she made. to love some is to know that to build a bridge is to compromise a part of you.. for the other.. certainly the is a limit to how much you are willing to meet some in the middle before you end up sacrificing everything to one side other other... but .. a bridge should not mean a single dooming binary choice but the ability one day spending life on one side the next on the other.. and not having to settle with a world where the happiness of someone is always the cost of another one .
