Sir gud day po! Pwedi mag cure ng plastisol 16"x16" heat press ko tpos yong desing ko 16"x22" pints. Bli pwedi ba uoer part muna ypos lower part bman ang i heat press?

& why my Plastisol Ink sticks to the teflon sheet...

Did you heat it enough? You should make sure all of the print area is heat with heatgun.

@@LineTableScreenPrinting okk.. & today I had done 2+2 coating & dry with a heat gun at 140C temperature. & curing with a heatpress at 170C for 60 Seconds, but very little few parts get stick to the teflon sheet..

nipun sharma nipun sharma Please try: 1. Less pressure of heat press 2. Shorter press time(40 sec) 3. Cold peel(remove Teflon 1 min after removing from the heat press) 4. Rub on Teflon( while it’s cooling down, rub on the Teflon sheet with soft cloth. This helps Teflon to be removed easily)

I use a heat press at 350 degrees for 25 seconds and some parts crack when I stretch . I print on sweatshirts, how can I fix this

Speedball isn’t plastisol it’s water based

Just enough not too tight and not too light. As long as design will not deform.
