No, this is a big misunderstanding - yoga is not the physical exercises. It's much much more. So, less than 1 percent of ancient Indian wisdom has been adapted to the modern world.

This is on the bank of Kaveri river , I am so elevated to see a European following yoga in our Mysore, we have to have yoga period in primary classes 1 to 7th grade so everyone learns it . this precious gyana is spreading entire world . It's interesting that recently I have naturally fallen into developing my own yoga routine in the morning that looks like something sort of like that. When I say sort of.... that means I'm a far cry from that and it would be an absolute miracle if I could even get close to that at 67.
