Thank you for providing this Module, Sir Jam. I now know the types of contracts and the way to handle multiple contracts.

This module taught me how to be responsible for accepting contracts, yes there are a lot of opportunities but it is a must to thoroughly assess yourself if you can commit especially if you have two or more clients. I will keep in mind that it is okay to accept a lot of contracts, however, it is also crucial to know if you are capable of doing it and your health will not be sacrificed. Always aim for quality and top-notch service to have remained in the competition.

module 3.. reminds us about being thorough with contracts. We have to maintain work life balance, there are bills to pay, yes, but we don't need to compromise our health because the quality of our work will be be affected specially if we will accommodate many clients. Time management and mental preparedness is also highlighted in this module. We need to proactively deliver what professionalism is to our client. I remember our training way back when BPO is launched in the Philippines. We were the first to experience hell during training until we became wolves ourselves. From hardcore selling to online booking, to evaluating credit scores to fraud management to health insurance to activating a car! We did everything in one computer! That was awesome for a person like me who survived 4 years handling 4 to 5 accounts every night which not every soul can pull through..knowledge+right attitude+mental preparedness=client.

I just wanted to share what I learned about the types of VA Contracts. The Full-time contract (40 and above hrs per week); the part-time contract (39 hrs and below); and project-based (specific duration). Additionally, I also learned that knowing how to balance multiple clients/contracts is really important to deliver possible results and prevent being over-worked.

My learning output for module 3. I am the type of VA who loves flexibily. The most important aspect of this module is the client contract this can save both parties involved so its important to read and understand a contract before accepting a job.

The importance of work and life balance.

Module 3,I learn about the importance of being balance in handling a client contracts and be professional in commiting time to delivered the client expectation.

Module 3 is about the importance of thoroughness in handling contracts. It stresses the need to maintain a work-life balance since managing multiple clients can adversely impact the quality of our work.

I learned that you should check your current contract first before diving in to another one. Be sure that you are allowed to get another clients and if it's okay, make sure to balance the timezone. Do not get 2 or more clients at the same timezone because you'll not be able to balance deliverables, have proper scheduling and be able to implement your plan properly.

I learned different types of contracts ❤

Aside from the 3 types of contracts, I learned a lot on how to handle two or multiple contracts. 1. Current Contracts → check the contract if your current client allows you to work with other clients or industry 2. Balance Contracts → we can get 1 full-time and 1 part-time or 2 or 3 part-times. → If your work is during EST, don’t get another client or contract with an early morning schedule, or else you won’t have any sleep, and it will break your body clock. 3. Balance Deliverables ❌ Don’t say YES to every opportunity ✅ Talk to your client You could say: Hey, for now I’m already handling this, and it’s too much for me to get this type of deliverable with you. Maybe we can meet halfway. 4. Proper Scheduling ❌ Don’t get clients with the same time slots, there’s no focus when you do that. 5. Strictly Implement your planned schedule **OR ELSE** ❌ Quality will go down, so the client will not be happy, and he or she might leave you. *(NO CLIENT, NO MONEY OR INCOME. Also, it is hard to get even 1 client, so ingatang wag mawala ang client na iyon)*

Stick to your schedule. Make sure to prioritize health above all
